Were you the Diana with the baby Visitor? If you were, I saw you with a Visitor while I was queuing for a photograph. I was hoping to spot you guys later to ask for a photo but sadly I didn't . Thank you for your prompt reply. I will ring them and see where I stand. I am sure with all the issues that have been highlighted today that we can come to a positive conclusion. I have already lost money by cancelling my car parking.

I attended the event today and purchased 2 photoshoot tickets for Jane Badler. (One for saturday and one for sunday) I have decided not to attend tomorrow as I do not wish to tolerate the same fiasco at the queues as I had to today, therefore I would like to get a refund on my sunday ticket. The event was fun and Jane Badler was excellent but the organisation of pretty much all the queues have made me decide to stay at home tomorrow instead. I paid cash at the desk today for the tickets. Is there a number I can ring to sort this out? Thanks
