  1. Wow, and I thought I kept my reponse polite. Profanity I get but I give up.
  2. I figured as much but would hate to be caught up in the hassle of having tickets where the guest doesn't show but am told "it did say no refunds." Thanks for the reply. need to finally get on to booking tickets otherwise I won't be gonig at all!
  3. This may seem a rather stupid question but I nearly got caught out by one photo per person last time so not wanting to take risks this time. I have yet to find any obvious sign where if a guest doesn't turn up then you get that specific ticket refunded. I've seen "All tickets are non-transferable or refundable." per ticket sale but I can only assume if the guest doesn't turn up (Frakes I'm looking at you) then refunds are given. Maybe it's in plain sight and just don't see it. When might the final annoucements be made? I'm wondering if there'll be Boer and Farrell double shoot for example and not that it matters if I have them separate or not but would be nice to consider all the options.
  4. Then I'm afraid the other customer has misunderstood something. What he told you is 100 percent wrong. I realize this is important and got hold of TooTall at the venue who confirmed the system is the same as we have been announcing on here. I checked just in case there really has been a change that went past me. The answer was very clear: there has been no change to the announced procedure. Approximate first 400 photoshoot morning, all others afternoon. If the morning shoot has room for some reason simply higher ticket numbers will be called. So you may have ticket 112 but can't make the morning shoot - that may mean ticket 438 gets to go in the morning. As long as you show up before the end of the shoot you will get your photo. If you have problems with your own combination please speak to crew and they will ensure you get all done timely. I can't comment on the Gold Pass priority queueing I'm afraid, as you may have noticed I am not in the country, much less at the venue. Maybe Friday was quiet enough to make it seem not worthwhile to some. But with the expected crowds today it will no doubt be a big help. Thank you yes some say what you've said and all it takes is a few Chinese whispers and you've got problems. I'll check at the venue to be sure while I'm at it and 'try' to make my intended slot.
  5. Absolutely I've yet to ask anything having managed to work things out myself but today I will be going first thing to one and explain my schedule in a clear and simple way so they can help me better I'm sure they will do their best. As for the angry guy, if it's who I think it is who didn't hear him? I was right next to him though as soon as the place opened we were in in a very short space of time. Guess he forgot about the vastly longer queue next to us that wasn't moving.
  6. I'm afraid this is nothing a mod can help on, sorry. You can check at the event if an exception can be made. Please go to the Showmasters booth at the back of the talk area. The first session is for approximately the first 400 tickets. If you have a number lower than 400 and want to attend the second shoot you can still go. Just make sure you don't arrive two minutes before the end of the shoot or you may find the guest gone. Really? I was told today by another customer if you dont make the slot you're given then that's it. I get it such that not everyone turns up at the later session but early Saturday afternoon I've got 4 photo shoots in a 1h 15m window wedged between 2 paid talks assuming it is 1-400 then 401+. Sounds okay but never underestimate the queues and photo sessions overlap so opportunity to get them will be less. In addition it was implied the priority autographs for the captains was not worth anything. I understand with all the staff on the day everyone will give different answers but knowing which is the right answer isn't easy and it's up to everyone working together to get the best outcome.
  7. Unless you want to pay by credit card and are picking up vouchers at the Sales Table you are not actually paying before you are in line. If you pick up the credit card vouchers you can use them all weekend. The letters for the bridge shoots will only be enforced if the line gets too long. But as the bridge shoot is running all day current procedure is you just get in line whenever it fits your own schedule. You mean the pre-assigned non-Captains autographs? Those are not day specific. Also you will not need a VQ ticket for these. Just show your Gold Pass and join the queue. The crew will punch a hole in your ticket to indicate you have gone through. You need to check that at the event, sorry. Normally a swap isn't possible, but under certain circumstances like travel exceptions can be possibly made. Ah so i could buy all my autograph vouchers first thing Friday? I'm guessing what you said about the bridge shoot also applies to the stunt show too. Sorry for not editing the quote but I'm using an iPod to access the Internet. Thanks again.
  8. Are the autographs day specific Eg: if I buy on friday I must use them on Friday or can I use them anytime during the event after my number has been called? What does bridge shoot A and stunt B mean on my gold pass? Does this mean I simply attend the first and second batches respectively when they are called? For the 6 gold autos do I pick up a vs ticket for free and then queue up or just use my gold pass to queue? I'd imagine the former being correct after what I've read so far. Thank you.
