Could anyone tell me if you have a captains ticket do I have to book a day and time slot on line I tried this and it was going to charge me I'm in group a so they should have been free for shatners and shimmerman or will the organisers have a different way of picking time and days. Thanks

I was wondering if someone could pass onto the organisers about the fast track for captains we went to the last two events and you have to ask a member of staff to get you to the front of the q this is ok but you feel awful as all these people have been waiting for so long would it be possible to have a dedicated line where you wait and are then taken to the front making a much nicer experience it's really not nice being cursed by all the people in line.

You buy tickets on line they send an email with your ticket / barcode which you print off and take to the ticket office on the day they then exchange for tickets no tickets are sent through post as far as I can see.

I asked show asters they said that you have to take pot luck and you will not be able to change later.

Thanks for reassurance I did order both on same order only one sent through tried everything on line to resolve but only one ticket on email can't seem to talk to a human at eventbrite. Hope someone can help in morning or will have to talk to credit card company to stop payment.

There is only one ticket attached been trying to access more just says 1 ticket 900 pounds down help can't talk to event rite they just say look on line on there phone line I placed two orders on line help who can help very worrying should have known wouldn't go smooth.

Help just bought two tickets but only one came through what do you have to do is there a number I can ring.

Just spoken to show masters they confirm if you buy a package ticket you are taking an expensive lucky dip.

I will check. As you had to purchase photos at the last two I imagine it will be the same again. Sorry, but this is all I can tell you. The groups will be revealed, but not until 4 to 8 weeks out. I can't remember how it was in Frankfurt, but at least at the London shows you did not find out until you received your tickets either. The excell captain ticket package asked you to choose by email when the groups were revealed this seems just a lucky dip for 1800 pounds .

This doesn't answer the question on captains ticket you have to make a choice now at time of purchase and can not change later if groups are not known it is just a lucky gues at what group to pick I know they will announce the groups later but you have to make the choice now with no information surly a better idea would be to choose the groups you want when they are made public like they did last time at dustless 2014 still can't buy package tickets without proper info.

Has anyone booked any package tickets I'm looking but how do you choose a group when you don't know what guest or talk is in what group is it just a gamble as its mandatory at booking and can't be changed later.

Thanks for enquiringly can not book tickets yet as the choices are mandatory don't want to put any choice down as it states you can't change your choice later bit awkward when wanting to buy tickets. Thanks for looking into.

Thanks for clarifying the process sounds straight forward the letter you mention i take it this is the email i recieved when i ordered the passes not one i should have been sent through the post. Thanks again we can't wait for July sounds like its going to be a great show.

Thanks for reply this is probaly a stupid questions but is the booth easy to find i take it its outside the venue we have never been to Earls court so not sure of layout and how things are done. Again sorry if this sounds silly.

Hi i bought 2 gold passes at the beginning of February but not had anything yet will we recieve the passes in the post or collect on the day the money has been taken from account . Thanks for any help

Hope im asking this in the right place we are staying at the Ibis hotel for the 2 nights but they don't have parking is there anywhere to park the car for 3 days over the event in Earls court i've looked but only seems parking for a day Thanks for any help.

Hi just bought two gold passes in one order when i send photos of me and my wife will they realise the two passes and photos be matched for the two passes . This is no doubt a silly question but things do get confusing with multiply orders on one order form. Thanks for any confirmation and again sorry for a stupid question.

Hi just had a look at the new interactive map of venue but didnt see a bar like Quarks or ten forward where cocktails can be served will something like this be added i thought i heard it might be it would be an amazing place to hang out and take a break.

Hi just looking at dates only 10 weeks to go and i think i read that tickets were coming out 6 weeks in advance thats not long for more guests to be announced are we going to have a big announcement soon as things have gone a bit quiet. Thanks
