    Met him a few weeks ago! Lovely guy but makes me laugh with his photos cos he never smiles! LOL! Wish I was coming to this event as I was saying to my friend the other day that he was bound to pop up at a convention at some point!

    Super sad now! I have not received my ticket yet so will that mean automatic refund instead or will I still receive it?

    Really hard to say how busy the queues will be, but it is a good bet that it will busier than it has ever been due to Stan Lee being there. As for tickets, they will be posted at any point right up until a week or so before the convention itself.

    Drop the office a line marked FAO TooTall and explain your problem. TooTall will help you figure out things. Thanks for letting me know :-) We're going Friday and Saturday and my son has autism. I hope this isn't the Newcastle entrance policy again. My son has autism and we have been attending LFCC every year since 2012 and never had any problems. Contact Too Tall, he has been very helpful with us!

    If you are at the Premier Inn, then they have no problems and are completely used to it. Actually couple of the staff there are into conventions and love seeing what people come dressed as.

    I received my Stan Lee photo shoot ticket this morning. So I would expect people should be getting it any day now.

    Only Star Wars movie I ever saw was the one he was in. Whether I can afford to meet him is another matter, cos you are making me so poor already! Brill announcement!

    Had to check his bio to check what he had done and I am going to have to hope I can afford to meet him cos he voices a character in The Emperor's New School and we love that programme!

    Showmasters arent trying to make me poor, Showmasters makes me poor EVERY year at comiccon Usually I can control myself with the number people I meet, but it is too great a lineup! Just gone spent £100 (thank god for my savings) on photo shoots!

    OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!! BEST ANNOUNCEMENT EVER!!!! My son Mattie is so happy to hear he is coming as he voices so many of his favourite characters from the Pixar films!
