I thought the hotel was superb.
Someone giving you a bad day, remember it takes 42 muscles to frown but only 2 to pull the trigger on a sniper rifle!

I thought the hotel was lovely. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely done out. I had to change rooms because my TV didn't work but the staff were all very helpful. I only had one beef and that was the flashing light on my ceiling when I was trying to go to sleep. Apparently it was due to a faulty smoke alarm but it kept flashing all night. I ended up having to tie a pillow case round my head over my eyes as it was keeping me awake. I must have looked like a right spanner. lol Apart from that it was lush.
Oh and how good were those cookies they hand out upon check in?
