The people who run the hotel won't be able to help you with this. It's best to speak to whoever you have booked tickets with directly. They might not refund you as such but you might be able to change the details although obviously you'd have to pay the cost difference and it wouldn't suprise me if they charged an admin fee.

 

Looking at the website for the rail company I use, they do say they can do refunds but there is a £10.00 charge. Look at your train company's website and just do a search for refunds though it's probably best to call them and ask them about changing it to Brighton.
