Well it does say about more guests being announced, but notbeing funny this could just be a standard paragraph thing, the key is not to get all worked up about it, that way you don't get let down.

although after show parties is intriguing. SM's are you referring to crew members party or something else?

This May Day bank holiday Showmasters will once again be holding their highly popular media show COLLECTORMANIA 5. And to make the show go with a bang they will be joined by some famous heroes and villains from the biggest blockbuster movies and cult tv shows from around the world, including Star Wars, Stargate SG-1 and Lord of the Rings.

Guest stars appearing over the four days are drawn from a hugely diverse selection of popular shows and movies, from Disney Animation to Zombie Horror! These include Clint Howard (brother of the Hollywood director Ron Howard) who gave the voice to the lovable baby elephant Junior in Disney’s Jungle Book; Joe Pantoliano, star of The Handler, The Sopranos, Matrix and Bad Boys; Penny Johnson, also known as Sherry Palmer the scheming President’s wife in 24; Robert Englund and Ken Kirzinger aka. Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees from Freddy Vs Jason; Brian Blessed who’s booming voice has brought to life such characters as Boss Nass in Star Wars Episode 1, King of the Hawkmen in Flash Gordon and King Richard in Black Adder; and Jack O’Halloran who was once ranked 5th in the world of heavyweight boxing before retiring and taking to the stage to play a string of villains including the mute in Superman II.

Those fans of Stargate SG-1, Star Wars, Star Trek and Lord of the Rings attending Collectormania 5 will have a big treat in store. They will have the opportunity to meet the actors behind their favourite characters.

From Stargate SG-1 we have ex SG-1 team member Corin Nemec (Jonas Quinn) who has since moved to the other side of the camera and become a writer for the show, and Sarah Douglas (the Tokra leader Garshaw of Belote). Other Collector4mania 5 guests who have also appeared in the show include Robert Picardo (Agent Richard Woolsey of the NID) and John Billingsley (Simon Coombs, the bungling scientist in “The Other Guys”).

From Star Wars we have Jake Lloyd (young Anakin Skywalker), Ray Park (Darth Maul in Phantom Menace), Brian Blessed (Boss Nass in Phantom Menace), Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca in 4 Star Wars movies), Daniel Logan (Young Boba Fett in Attack of the Clones), Amy Allen (the Jedi Aayla Secura in Attack of the Clones), Rena Owen (Taun We in Attack of the Clones) and Michonne Bourirague (Aura Sing in Phantom Menace).

From Star Trek we have John Billingsley (Dr Phlox in Enterprise) making his first ever appearance in the UK, Gates Mc Fadden (Dr Crusher) and Denise Crosby (Tasha Yar) from The Next Generation, Ethan Phillips (Neelix) and Robert Picardo (The Doctor) from Voyager. There are also several of our other stars at Collectormania 5 who have made guest appearances in the shows including Clint Howard (who has appeared in the original series, DS-9 AND Enterprise!), Penny Johnson (Kasidy Yates in DS-9) and Brad Dourif (Ensign Lon Suder in Voyager)

From Lord of the Rings we have Brad Dourif (Grima Wormtongue), Craig Parker (Haldir the Elf), Lawrence Makoare (Lurtz and the Witchking of Angmar), Harry Sinclair (Isildur), Paul Norell (the King of the Dead) and Jed Brophy (the Warg Rider Sharku and Snaga the Orc). Interestingly both Harry Sinclair and Jed Brophy had worked with director Peter Jackson before Lord of the Rings on one of his earlier movies, the low budget zombie movie Braindead!

All of the guest stars will be meeting the public and signing autographs throughout the four days. There are still several guest stars to be announced so keep checking the website www.collectormania.com for the latest updates as well as detailed show information.

As well as the many famous stars turning up for the show there will also be 300 dealers stalls selling all kinds of movie and sci-fi related merchandise and many special events including exclusive talks by the actors and film screenings, costume competitions, displays of movie props and costumes and exclusive aftershow parties. Details of these will be announced nearer the show on the website and forum.

Collectormania 5 is rapidly becoming one of the largest and most popular shows in Europe and regularly attracts over half a million people from around the world to the venue in the heart of Milton Keynes Shopping Centre in the UK, and the next show running from 30th April to 3rd May is shaping up to be the biggest yet. It is also unique in being a FREE ENTRY show, no admission tickets are needed and the public are free to wander in and out of the show!
