Gmorris2504
Who do I need to talk to privately about attending with disabilities etc? I can't be standing and queuing for too long even with a carer, my mum said she can come as she's my carer. But we were just wondering what sort of help is available. Thanks in advance :) Edited September 30, 2014 by Gmorris2504
dwarfbabe
You need to send an email to info@showmastersonline.com and mark it FAO Too Tall. Explain in the email what your situation is and he will be able to advise you.

MrsEllacott
TooTall has helped me out every convention I have attended. SM are definitely fantastic when it comes to helping disabled people. It is actually one of the few places I can take my autistic son and have minimal meltdowns. MrsEllacott
That is if you can get near the organisers desk on arrival of course! lol Luckily not every event is like July's one haha There is usually separate queue for the disabled guests, not that you can ever tell where it is! It should be easier though at LFCCW!

I'll be in the EB queue from 8:30 just hoping it's not underneath the building like it was in July!

RobertBerg
If on the day you are confused at all then the crew are all there to help and will be happy to. As a member of crew, our prime directive is to help. We are there to do that. We are easy to find, we are in bright blue shirts with crew written on them, (or Pit Bosses in the red shirts with crew on them) there is usually a few hundred of us about But yeah, on the day just ask and we will help. But most importantly, have fun and enjoy yourself.
