They are usually all sent together. Your best option is to send an e-mail to info@showmastersonline.com and mark it FAO Julie. You'll need to include a description of yourself, including what you were wearing when the photos were taken, and details of who they were with. ericsdonor Posted July 18, 2012 Share Posted July 18, 2012 Mine arrived the other morning and it's not in good condition at all, it looks like it was manhandled loads of times before it was put in the envelope as the top right hand corner looks like it's been bent back/creased so many times it's almost torn off and the right side of the photo is all creased up and nicked as if someone was struggling to pick it up off of a flat surface, is there anything that can be done about this as I paid a decent amount of money for the pic and then the £2 postage, I'm very disappointed with it indeed?!?!?!
