I'm super excited about the event, except I've hit a road bump: Someone from the US has decided to be very generous and pay for my ticket/attendance, but the form requires her to enter an Starting From/Issue Date in her card info, and her credit card contains no such date. She says the website won't let her go forward with the payment if she doesn't provide the info. Anyone know what the deal is and how to bypass it? As I understand it, US banks generally don't have Starting From dates on the cards they issue, and the payment website should generally accommodate for that, right?
