Expecting Patrick Stewart to be very busy on Saturday and dont really fancy waiting around all day to get in, if at all. If I come down Friday, will they be handing out tickets for the the PS Q late Friday?? or do I have to get there really early Saturday. How does it usually work for people they expect to be busy?

It will be on the day itself, not before.

 

So you'll just have to be there early.

I'm afraid it will be a case of getting there early on the Saturday - as a rule SM do not give out VQ tickets before the day of a guest being there.

Just to add to David and Michelle posts, If by any chance you are unable to see Patrick on Saturday, your VQ ticket is NOT valid for him the following day. You will need to obtain another one on Sunday.
