important news for Eternal Twilight 4

hi all

With the amazing success of New Moon we have been asked by some of the Stars agents to book the guests well in advance for our event at the end of 2010 to help with their schedules as they will be busy next year and many of the actors do want to attend this event. Because of this we need to put tickets on sale as this is the best way to gauge the response of ET4 and gives us the potential to book the best guests we can. This will happen next week.

Guests for ET3 are going well and more will be going up soon and all is in hand to make ET3 a great event , but we have a great opportunity with guests for ET4 and need to know how many of you intend to come. This will take the event to the next level. You already know we have lots planned for events in 2010 and this will help take us there.

We have a few changes for the events to help make it an even more fun and amazing weekend for all involved, but we are keeping most of this surprise for now until nearer time.

Eternal Twilight 4 will take place on:

Friday 22nd – Sunday 24th October 2010

Hilton Metropole, Birmingham

Standard - £88.00

Silver - £155.00

Gold - £225.00

Child - £29

Tickets will go on sale Thursday 10th December at 7pm for ET3 ticket holders ONLY first . Please make sure you tell us your ET3 order number and the name of the ticket holder in the comments and delivery box in the shopping basket section of the shop. If you do not supply us with these details your order can not be processed.

Tickets will then go on sale to the general public 4 days later on Monday 14th December at 7pm. Please also supply the ticket holder names in your order (in the comments box at the bottom of the order form) otherwise your tickets can not be processed.

As you can see the prices for 2010 have had to go up a little we are working really hard to get even bigger names or possibly more guests and more activities at all of our Eternal Twilight conventions from ET4 onwards , this does mean we do have to charge a little more to cover the extra costs for doing this, but rest assured it will all be spent on the conventions, and the fans and attendees themselves will benefit for this .

we look forward to seeing you all there and having even more fun in 2010 at Eternal Twilight conventions

Great :| not means I'm more than likely not being able to go.

Can I just ask what was wrong with the way it was originally done? I don't even care about the price increase, yeah whatever everything goes up in price, but the process?

It's christmas, no way are a lot of us gonna have this money

As far as I was aware I was gonna have till feb to save, now infact no I'm not and I wont be getting a ticket at all, which I find harsh I've been to EVERY one of your twilight events and ploughed hundreds of pounds into it and I know I'm not the only one, now I feel like it's been thrown in my face.

i think most people are going to be in the same boat not being able to afford this next week for a few more weeks.... i'm sure that the tickets will still be avaible to buy in early 2010

Hi !

Hum, I don't know where to begin :WINCE:

I never went to any of the two Eternal Twilight Conventions since I was not 18 and so my parents would not let me go. But, I am soon turning 18 so I seriously want to go to Eternal Twilight 4.

The thing is, I am French, and since I never did that before, I was wondering if you could answer a question (as ridiculous as it can be x) ). I've understood well that those who haven't got a ticket for Eternal Twilight 3 have to wait until the 14th, but where do people buy those tickets ? I am actually sorry for such an idiotic question ^^'

And, secondly, what does the price refer to ? I mean, I guess a more expensive ticket opens wider doors, but what does that mean, roughly ? (I guess you can't reveal the agenda beforehand ^^ )

Have a good night !

Thank you for answering me (if you do ^^' )

Don't worry, that's not stupid questions! I'll try and answer them.

Question 1:

You buy them online, in the webshop. They'll go on sale here:

http://www.btowstore.com/epages/Store3.sf/...Store3.Shop1990

Question 2:

This is what ET3 tickets gives you, so it will probably something like this:

Standard:

Exclusive convention souvenir programme

Exclusive convention gifts/surprise

Access to all talks over the days of the event

1 free autograph from each guest (up to a maximum of 6 guests)

Access to 2 themed parties (Friday & Saturday Night)

Access to 1 "chill out" party on Sunday night

Access to the dealers room.

Silver:

1 professional photo shoot with each individual guest

1 exclusive convention photo featuring all of the guests attending

Priority seating behind the Gold programme holders for the guest talks

PLUS everything that is included in the standard programme admission. (listed above)

Gold:

Exclusive drinks reception with the guests on Friday evening

Reserved priority seating for the guest talks

Exclusive convention t-shirt

PLUS everything that is included in the standard & silver programme admissions. (listed above)

Hope this helped :)
