Phantom Posted April 15, 2009 Share Posted April 15, 2009 It should be a great series as it is along with Doctor Who,Being Human and Torchwood part of a select few of UK tv sci/i fantasy shows that know what they are doing and were not created soley to try to repeat the success of the man from Gallifrey. cyberdrunk Posted April 21, 2009 Author Share Posted April 21, 2009 As soon as the episode came on - it was like the show hadn't been away! It was a very strong opening. It seems this series will be a lot darker from what we've seen so far, even in Life on Mars. Police corruption seems to be the main plotline. I think the change is tone is very welcome, seeing as the first episode of last series was a little slapstick to say the least! Other than that, I thought that introducing someone who knows that Alex is in the wrong time, is very intresting. The early ratings for this episode are 7 million - the highest in its time slot.
