Guest boomvavavoom
OK...just found out my friend Suydam is coming over the Atlantic and I was looking into this event happening and now I have some qustions and hope you can help me out. I am coming from Holland. What is the best and cheapest means of trave? Car (I have a leasecar so it would not cost me a dime for gas but maybe for travelling across the water?) or Air? And when in London...where could I stay? Tell me
Showmasters Admin Too Tall Posted February 9, 2009 Showmasters Admin Share Posted February 9, 2009 From hotel info look at the FAQ >>HERE<< We have people that flight over from Germany and France. But we also have some people that drive from Belgium. Driving you have two choices, either the Tunnel or the ferry.
Railok
Flying can be rather cheap if you book as early as possible. I'm flying over from Sweden, so I got the tickets cheap from SAS.
Psychosis
You should look at the cost of petrol to drive from Holland to London - also how long it will take. It sounds like a long drive. Then look at how much it costs to fly to London. If you fly to Heathrow, Stansted or Gatwick you can get a train to Earls Court.
