Live Action Gigantor movie

Recommended Posts

One of the earliest animes to make it to the West was Tetsujin-28 (Iron Man 28), known as Gigantor when it appeared in the U.S. in the 1950s. Next to Astro Boy, it pioneered bringing anime to Western audiences (even if they didn't realise that was what they were watching). Later this year the first live-action movie based on the anime is due to come out; not sure if it is likely to get a widespread release.
