Phoenix
As icky as it sounds, it's quite good that there's pus, it means that any infection there is being faught against. Pus is just dead white blood cells from the fighting off of bacteria. Keep bathing it and gently wiggle the nose stud when you clean it so the solution can get to where it needs to be. It should go down in a few days or so. Just don't over do the bathing. It slows down the healing if you do it too often. Hope that helps :)

Little Miss Idiot
My belly went a bit icky when it was first done, just make sure you wipe off the gunk and bathe it in salt water, it'll clear up pretty quick. Enzya
Can't you use TCP or Dettol to help? LOL is it Dettol or am I think ig of bleach, if thats the case scrap that idea. If it hurts how about some germolene cream which has a numbing effect in it.

Scorch
I second the Tea Tree Girl! Also, take a cotton bud, soak it in liquid Witch Hazel or Savelon, and wipe around twice a day. If it doesn't clear up on it's own in the next week or so, then I'd consider either taking it out or going to the docs for antibiotics.
Frodos_Girl
Yeh yeh. Basically what everyone else has said. It's good that it's doing that. Like every piercing does that it means it's heaaaling. && dooon't touch/fiddle/play/poke it Use boiled water & add like half a teaspoon of sea salt. x.x.x <
illyria
Also, I must say if you've had it pierced with a gun it's more likely to react with that, Tea Tree is best Just don't fiddle...
