Stargate Game

I found this about the legal action being taken which will delay its release...

Perception attempted to have its bitter rival wound up - a not unusual tactic in such circumstances - through the Austrian courts. But the Superior Court in Vienna ruled that bankruptcy proceedings be rejected.

JoWood was to publish Perception's Stargate Alliance game (pictured), but the two companies have fallen out in spectacular fashion. Both now claim the rights over the license.

According to JoWood, the court also noted that perception has admitted being at fault in the game's delay, and that JoWood has already paid $6.8 million to the Australian developer.
