The truth remains that if no one had read those LOTR books, and if they had not achieved a certain amount of success globally, then yes, there would definitely not have been a movie. After all who wants to make a movie out of a proven unsuccessful book? *lifts hammer and brings it down hard upon Serkette's head*

Friday the 13th was only made because of Halloween's success. Without Halloween there would be no Friday the 13th.

The Shape has bags more intelligence than Jason and can easily outwit the lumbering fool. The Shape has the intelligence to set traps, drive cars and read documents and maps, whereas Jason just lumbers around hacking at things until he falls over.

He ceased to be Michael Myers after he killed his sister Judith and became the Shape of pure evil.

The Shape or Michael Myers killed his sister Judith on Halloween night in 1963. He was locked away in Smithsgrove Warren County Sanitarium where he was placed under the care of Dr Sam Loomis. 15 Years later on Halloween night he escaped and returned to Haddonfield looking for his other sister Laurie Strode. After a night of butchery in first Haddonfield suburbs, and then the Haddonfield Memorial hospital Myers/The Shape was almost destroyed in an explosion caused by Dr Loomis, which almost claimed both their lives. Myers lay in a coma for 10 years until Halloween 1988, where he awoke and returned to Haddonfield. His sister, Laurie Strode was believed to have died in a car accident, but was in fact living under a witness protection name of Keri Tate in a California private school where she was the head mistress. Haunted by her brother she turned to drink until Halloween 1998 when Myers/The Shape once more returned to attempt to kill her. Laurie thought that she had decapitated her brother, but it turned out to be a Paramedic and Laurie was incarcerated in a Sanitarium, which is where Myers/The Shape finally found her and killed her. The Shape has been shot, stabbed, blown up, burnt and electrocuted, but cannot die.
