ooooooooo A joint photo with Clare too would be excellent. But yeah, getting him to the other events would be equally awesome -

Tempted to add him to Steven Knight on this: Still yet to watch Peaky Blinders actually! Well I watched the first episode was quite good just for some reason never managed to fit it in! lol I love it (helps that I live in Birmingham haha) - season 2 got even better. Hopefully going to get tickets to the 3rd series premiere in a few weeks :-) Sam plays a great character too -

Peaky Blinders is my favourite current series, and Jurassic Park the first film I remember wow-ing me. Great! -

Should be my first Inside No.9 Guest - excellent series. -
Overall we just want improvements in the clarity & completeness of choices offered to those of us who forked out a lot of money on a pass that was supposed to 'guarantee' us meeting our idols.

Robert Englund - no Sunday signing

Hi, just been told that this info is incorrect so you may want to double check the wording of the email? -
OK well thanks for the update, just to confirm, not EVERYONE was offered either - we wouldn't lie about this when the alternative is what we would have accepted. Perhaps worth contacting user XV84 to tell him that what he heard from the e-mail is incorrect also.
-
ah of course! Sorry!
-
Any update? As it's less than a week away I'd like to sort transport.
-
Thanks for keeping us updated. Can't see how they didn't see it was a clipped pass if they mentioned paying for the autograph himself however (as if it was unclipped it would be included)
-
Still no response to my query RE: clipped pass & entry. As you will recall the user XV84 posted: " Right I got a reply as I saw some of you had the problem of not being notified about the access to a other event to meet Robert Englund instead of the voucher compensation. I been told I can take my Diamond Pass to a event to gain entry but have to pay for the autograph myself (which I can do with the vouchers I was given). I have to present it to a pit boss on the day of entry who will be in red. To double check if need be I emailed shop@showmastersevents.com and had to wait for a reply within two working days. I also asked for the Bournemouth event so don't know it others will be different policy but assume it's the same for the other events." I emailed on 31st July to check. I would like to be able to plan my transport, if I have entry to the event covered

Wooo, Sheffield here we come :) I'll email just to make sure it's the same for there -
The Friday 13th 3D poster is great isn't it - I actually got Tom Savini to sign mine :-) Its superb! Don't know why I didn't take mine with me to get signed now. Wishing I picked up the Nightmare On Elm Street one to now when it came out ... tough to track down for a decent price on Ebay I picked up both - I'm regretting not getting the Jaws one (that goes for even crazier money on ebay...) Oh, & also the Robocop one!

Done - I suggested 2 options, either let me in with the clipped pass & I refund the £5 extra in vouchers given to me, or be able to obtain early entry for £2.50 (the extra £5 minus the £2.50 postage I'd then have to pay). Both of these leave me no better or worse off than had I been given the correct information. -

so is there any way of me getting £10 off my early bird ticket due to my pass being clipped? (as I would have snatched their hands off HAD this, or any entry, been offered to me as an alternative to the vouchers) I have been informed that both alternatives were offered right from the start. If you want to try to get an exception drop the office a line, I'm afraid this is totally out of my hands. OK will do. I was definitely not offered such, and I am just seeking a fair solution to a problem that has arisen from misinformation given to me at the desk. Thanks for the information / suggestion!
