Hi there... I hope this will be something you will feel able to allow as I thought it would be a nice gesture to the guests. Anyhoo... I have baked a cake and would like to give it to the guests so they have something other than the usual sweeties and biccies that arrive in a Green Room. My question is simple, will you allow that? If not, I will bring it anyway and dole it out to whosoever would like a piece. Btw, I make great cake and this is a beauty!

I have just found out that one of my daughters will be unable to arrive on the 19th, but will be there on the 20th. She is travelling some distance and has to work, which makes it impossible. As I bought all the tickets and, though they are registered individually, will this be problematic as two of us will be there on Friday? Will I need to be around to provide ID so she will be able to register?

I'm good, but not good enough to be able to split myself in two. At least, not yet, though I'm working on it. However, thank you for the clarification.

How long is a piece of string...? Believe me, and I have many years of conventioning under my belt, you will never, ever have enough. My advice is budget for food, travel and hotel, then spend the rest however you want, but I can guarantee it will be expensive. I have around 500 and I expect to see most of it gone.
