didn't you know that? Me and Allie saw him but he didn't do the stage door =( I went to the stage door but stupidly didn't wait for Julian. We got Burn but was told Julian wouldn't be coming out. I saw Julian when I was waiting backstage for Burn to arrive, but I didn't talk to him – he was chatting with other cast members and I didn't want to intrude – hell, I was there for business, I would have looked a right charlie if I'd gone fangirl on them!

I did the same, as I had bought mine and a friend's ticket together and submitted the name of the second ticket holder to Jola like the letter said – she sent an email back straight away to confirm the info was now down on their lists, have you not had the same?

Gladiator sandals would be better, more in keeping with the costume. I think New Look has some if you don't! assuming you're doing slave Leia, I'd agree with gladiator sandals if you don't have boots similar to hers - white shoes would be better suited to an ANH Leia Yep, forgot about ANH Leia *flagulates self*. And you'll need glossy red lippy! I've spent most of my life looking for that, so you may be pounced on if you get it right (pounced on in a 'Where did you get that? I need make, colour, etc', not pounced on in a 'Rawr' kinda way) I've got a really nice glossy red lippy from Avon . . .

I wanted to quote this because this is one of things which almost stopped me coming to the Hub – I have Lupus which means I'm on immuno-suppressants, pretty much for life: what might seem like a simple cold and not too much of a bother to catch for most people would probably make me bedridden for a month and I'll catch it soon as look at you, so obviously I will have to avoid anyone coughing or sneezing like the plague! I'm just getting rid of some sort of cold/flu bug now, so hopefully that will give me some immunity to getting anything similar this season, but it does seem there's an awful lots around at the moment! If you do have something like it, though, Sudafed or Contac are probably a good idea.

We checked with the hotel and they have a luggage storage service at the desk, so we can sit around the hotel lounge or bar till check-in time.

I'm not an expert on makeup, lol, but one thing that's really important if you're going to be wearing it a long time without much chance to retouch it is to "set" it right. Like, if you wear foundation or concealer, use a setting powder with a big brush and dust over it lightly to make it stay put. And for lipstick, always smudge a little foundation on your lips first to prevent the colour from bleeding, then line your lips with a pencil liner. Apply the lipstick with a lip brush rather than straight from the lipstick and it will stay put much, much longer. And at the very end, get the same big brush you used for the setting powder, hopefully with a few grains of the powder still on it, and kind of purse up your lips and "kiss" or "dab" the end of the brush on them a few times, quite hard. The colour will get ever so slightly paler, but it will stay put for ages!

Just thought I'd stick my head in and say that Burn has told us he isn't working on anything for a while (I think he said till next year), but he's having time off with his family right now. So it'll depend on if he has anything special planned for the fam that weekend, rather than work! We'll have to wait and see . . .
