This time next week I will be in a traffic jam trying to get to Norwich Bus Station for the 09.30 coach to Heathrow. Arghhhhh panic sets in already.

erm i think its 11.3 Kilos Hiya - there are approx 2.2lbs to the kilo. My strapless will probably fall down out of spite. Cool...you know we'll all want our photo with you right? Absolutely - if we can get to him through the throng of Lornettes.

Oooh does it involve french polyester, being green, having red eyes and judging the karaoke? Looking forward to it with anticipation. Maybe a smidge more than a lemonade then (hip flasks at the ready ladies!).

I've lost 28lbs for this event since June too It's pretty cool the motivation you get when you know you're meeting James and Nick Just weighed in this morning, thats 28lb for me too since about may !! Congrats to all who have lost, its a great confidence booster x That is tremendous - we have made a whole person out of our combined lost weight. We should all meet up and have a low cal lemonade and 4 straws. ho ho.

I am wearing a tight pinky purple strapless dress cos I lost 28lbs since June 16th just for this event and I couldn't even get it over my rear end when I first bought it, I am also going wild with the karaoke and making a total idiot of myself because hopefully no one will remember me at any future events.

I've got a song picked out already and changed the wording to appropriate buffyness - all I need is the courage and memory to do it.

I am wearing a black and pink flamenco effort for Friday, and long black and revealing (but only around the middle) on Saturday. Gold 144. Staying at Thistle. Can't sing but will do karaoke.
