I agree with Donkey about the checking of wristbands. My wife and I attended the event today but arrived at the hotel yesterday. We wandered up the stairs to see where we would need to go the following day and we were able to wander around. We looked for the main desk (which we later realised was downstairs before you go up) and left realising that we shouldn't be there. If we hadn't been so honest, we could have got the autographs yesterday and saved £20.00. On a positive note the guests I met (the Thunderbirds trio) were fantastic and the fact that it was quiet meant that they had time to chat and pose for pics. By the way, was Honor Blackman "no posed photos" (as stated by Dave prior to the event)? I didn't bother because I believed that was going to be the case but I couldn't see signs to that effect. Anyway, I ended up spending £100.00 in the dealers' room so didn't bother checking. Great event. Hotel superb. Showmasters staff helpful as always. Cheers.

Hi 2 queries: 1. Can you buy weekend passes on the Saturday? 2. How do we know who the "chosen guests" are for the free autograph? I would be grateful for any advice. Cheers.

Not really. Some people take time to swap contracts. Agreed. However, I would have expected at least one or two by now. SM are usually pretty quick to start announcing guests. I appreciate that they cannot announce guests until contracts have been signed but just wondered if there are still plans for this event to go ahead or whether they are having difficulties.

Is anyone else surprised/disappointed that no guests have been announced yet? I know SM will not disappoint but would like to know.

Wow. I never thought we would see the likes of the darts quartet that have been announced at one of our events. Numbers 2, 3, 5, 6 in the PDC Order of Merit. Very impressive. Don't stop there. The more the merrier.

Have posed photos with Dirk been allowed in the past? Would be tempted if I can get a pic with him.

I agree. Not much chance of getting Gloria Foster as she is no longer with us unfortunately.

Hi. I'm considering meeting the Matrix guests but would like a group shot of the crew for Belinda, Matt and Julian to sign (ie on the same pic). Were there any available at their tables?

Hi everyone. Were there many "no posed photos" guests? I presume Biehn, Weathers and Elwes were no photos as I gather they were very busy.

Who is the other guest? I cannot access the new site for some reason. I gather M Biehn is one of the guests.

I'm hoping we will get some great sports guests at Autographica? We had some great darts legends at MK and 2 booked for CM London. I would love some more darts guests.

Hi everyone, We are not looking at getting any more sports guests for LFACC this year, although we will be hosting an amazing sports area at Collectormania London in November in association with Sportsmania! We will have the first of, what I think, are some pretty impressive announcements tomorrow! Check out the Collectormania London forum tomorrow for the start of an amazing sports area coming to that show! Mark Mark, are you saying there will be some impressive sports guests for CM London tomorrow or impressive non-sports guests for LFACC?

Odd. Sylvia says on her website that she will be at Collectormania on Saturday and Sunday but on Guest Days post she is down as Monday only. One would imagine that the latter is likely to be the more reliable source.
