  1. Its not normal. Extremely busy guests may have two sessions but most only have one. Sometimes there may be time for pickups later in the day if the guest agrees and there is time but that is not a guaranteed thing. As mentioned you can upgrade your entry ticket on the day if needed.
  2. The sales desk is normally located behind the info desk, which is by the main entrance.
  3. That is not something that is generally known until the event itself, as it is determined by guest/agent requests on the day. Along with the how busy a guest is at the time which can dictate it and also change at various points in a day.
  4. In each event section somebody will start a guest suggestion thread. We try to keep all subsequent suggestions in that post. It is easier for SM to lol through one thread than multiple threads that are scattered over numerous pages of that section. It also keeps it neater. That's said, done slip through the net know and again. The main reason is there may not be a mod about when a new post is started and by the time we are there are multiple replies to the new post which is a pain to merge with the 'proper' suggestion thread. The posts merge in time posted order so you will end up with non-quoted replies intermixed and not making any sense. Another example is it may warrant bring left. Example there may be a few guests from one tv show going yo the same event. Someone dtarts a thread listing more people from the same show. The post turns effectively turns into a reunion request which is worth highlighting separately if the demand is there. I am working currently and will look at your examples later. I seem to recall the DST post turned into a director/writer type request the last time I read it which I felt was worth keeping separate from the normal actor thread. Hope that helps explain a bit?

  10. VIrtual tickets are for autographs only. Busy photo shoots are called up in ticket numbers batches 1-30, 1-60 etc. you join the queue after your ticket has been called. Less busy shoots, you just join the queue.
  11. The don't sell out as such (they are free tickets). But yes they do run out. Edit: Run out isn't the right term really. Each guest signs at different speeds. So there will reach a point in the day where there is no point handing out more VQ tickets as the guest will never reach that number before the show closes.
  12. 2. Arthur will be busy, and probably running the VQ system. VQ tickets can run out for the busiest guests. You should be okay at that time for Arthur although you may have to wait until the end of the day before you get to see him as you will have a higher ticket number.

  17. As I have posted elsewhere I have requested that more tickets be added. It's not a new thing. There is a limit to the stock levels that can be put on the store, which the entry tickets exceed.
  18. Entry tickets should be fine. Natalie - normally when a shoot sells out that is it. Unless SM are able to schedule another session with the guest. I will request clarification but may not hear back tonight.
  19. I will notify the office about the entry tickets so more can be added to the store. Apologies, normally a warning is posted but in cases where a lot can be purchased in a short space of time it's not always possible. Especially over a bank holiday where the office is closed and the stock levels not monitored as frequently.
  20. As far as I am aware you are notified of the address after your order has been placed.
