With all the massive events and showmasters shows, the schedule is usually posted in the last week in the run up to the show, this is to try to ensure that there are not constant updates to the schedule before the event.

There isn't a schedule available yet. If you subscribe to this forum (click at the top to be notified of new topics) or to the website/twitter for DSTL (Links in my signature), then as soon as the schedule is announced, it will be announced on those. All times will be available then, and people will be onhand here to answer queries that may arise.

I find that it is better to get there for early bird entry if you can, especially if you want to see guests that will be on the VQ system, then you will get a lower number to see them. As people have said, depending on the show/guests that have been announced, there are always people there early. LFCC were the longest queues I have seen when arriving early (I crew, so we get there early), that was pretty special. So even if you get there early, there will probably be someone there you can chat to in the queue lol

Zebredy, I appreciate what you are saying, but this event is the first of its kind and not run exclusively by Showmasters so decisions have to be made between companies. They will give the information as soon as they can. We are waiting for a reply from the office hpsims, when the schedule is available, if there are clashes, then ask then. Or as any other Showmasters events (if you have been to one before) there will be pit bosses in the crew, and if you ask any crew member for help, they can refer you to the pitboss who will do their best to ensure you get to all your photoshoots etc As to re-arranging where possible, or any time questions, we will know more when the schedule is out, so it would be better to hang on until then I am afraid. vouchers will still be waiting for you at our desk on the Saturday, so that shouldn't be an issue.

I know when I went to Excel in July there was a ticket collection point on the way in as the building is huge and can have multiple shows running at the same time But I would wait for confirmation from Showmasters/TT or Queen Sindel - I am not sure how they will organise it sorry.

Don't forget, it is not Showmasters that decide the no photo rule generally. Showmasters want you to be able to have photos taken with them as much as possible, but sometimes there are other reasons out of their control. Sometimes, it is also a case of the line is just too long, and the first 100 getting photos with the guest could mean another 200 that don't even get an autograph.

Jason said above that they will post photographs of the ones available to purchase soon As Queen Sindell said above, no free photographs will be available at the show for autographs What about raiding your DVD/Blu-ray collection? You ccan just bring the insert instead of the whole thing if you wish for safety

Other mods have answered earlier, that prepaid autos are one queue, but if you purchase another, you require a VQ ticket for that (that is what happened for Jeri at LFCC)

SM said they were working on two, rather than definitely announcing two. They constantly work on contracts right up until the show, but there is never any guarantee that a contract will be through in time. Awesome that they managed to sort this one

There are lots of photoshoots to schedule, they do take a lot of things into consideration when writing the schedule, it is usually up in the week before, so we will know soon and you can plan

I don't believe Recorded means next day now. I was told up to 5 wrking days by the post office for something I posted Recorded and that Recorded means that it could be tracked if there was an issue.

you won't need an additional VQ if you purchase a pre-paid unless you require additional autographs. You can get your own items signed if you want

As Et muse said, you need to collect a VT for the extra ones

Yup. Thanks Murph Things change. SM are a good company because they won't announce until the contracts are signed and returned. Rather than just announcing after word of mouth.

hasnt been announced on here, so I hid the post until showmasters announce. It wasnt deleted, they can just un-hide it if they want
