One interesting venue to look at would be the semi-permanent venue at Lancashire County Cricket Ground. I dont know if it can be used for alternative events but it's used for company parties. We had an 80's party there a couple of weeks ago and its a nice large(ish) venue and (from what I heard) reasonably cheap to hire. Obviously there is loads of parking and its easily accessible from motorways and has its own metrolink station. As I said, not sure if they rent it out for alternative things but maybe worth a look for a starting point.

My back garden!!!!! You can have it for nowt. Although I do agree about Lancashire Cricket club being a possibility....or Bowlers Exhibition centre in Trafford Park. They hold a computer market there so plenty big enough Phantom, where's the best place to find the dates on the Sacha's markets.

Hiya, been lingering for a long while but never really posted, until I realised Manchester might not be happening. A couple of suggestions - Old Trafford Football ground (Had school reunion there and some decent sized rooms) Sacha's hotel (Central m/c) they used to hold movie and tv collectors markets there. Just thought i'd throw in a couple of ideas as would miss the Manchester show!!!

and having checked various sites, which say, not to expect any Heroes episodes to start filming until fall, may we see more stars from the show coming ( beside the point, this CM is going to cost me a fortune already!!!!)
