I took my father out to a rather posh restaurant last month, it cost £85 for the meal. As nice as the meal was, what do I have to show for it a few weeks later? Something to treasure? Something to pass down to my children and their children? No. So.... paying £90 for Buzz's autograph was nothing in my eye. I will remember my encounter for the rest of my life, and my children and grandchildren will inherit a piece of history!

I was looking forward to saying in a 5 star hotel, as I have never done so before. On entering my room I was surprised to find it much smaller than a typical Holiday Inn Express room, but then i suppose I can't be picky. Arrived Friday afternoon, and on Saturday after my room was serviced, I returned to find absolutely no bathroom stuff.... you know soap, shower gel, stuff like that! I mean, I had a full set of it the day before! What did I do wrong?? *bleats* I was surprised to find that Sky tv was not available... I dunno, somehow I thought 5 star hotel meant more than the meagre tv offering! Wrong again. The minibar... I succumbed, and removed a pot of pringles for the extortionate price of £1.75.. but was acutually billed for wine instead at £5.50. Talking of wine, I too, was ripped off in the Pony Bar! £10.50 for a blasted pint of beer and a glass of wine! Wouldn't have minded if they filled the wine glass to the top, but they didn't! Other than that.... oh apart from appalling lighting in antrium in the evenings, everything seemed ok. Oh apart from having to pay for parking! Surely if you stay at the hotel the parking should be free! That's it!

I had the best time ever! In fact I can't even put into words what a great event it was. Thank you Gary and Dave. Oh, and while I am here... *waves to Kane!*

I still have not received my dinner tickets through the mail. Are they being posted separately, or do we pick them up at the venue?
