If Fridays were not viable financially for Showmasters they wouldn't happen and Fridays wouldn't be included in Collectormainia...I'm sure all guests get paid in Lump sums for their presence..so fill their time with what the fans want.... So DavidB just out of interest what days or day do you usually attend? Also it should be noted that most of the stars I talk to, would love to do a photo shoot, but showmasters and a certain us actress/Jcb decide over both fans and those she says she represents!

could we have some photo shoots for Fridays pleaseeeeeeeee...we don't all attend everyday and Fridays is not always the busiest , so ample time to arrange them!..I was one of the originals asking for photo shoots and was told by showmasters they won't happen!!but we now have them..but always never on Fridays...come on look after the fans and the supporters of Collectormania we are what makes it...without us? I always come Fridays and the Guests are always twiddling their thumbs , when they have no signings so they go off on another break....we will be watching this time showmasters...make some good decisions...and don't double book!???? myself and others like sarahbuffy want friday photoshoots!!!!!! anyone else leave your comments here too!

well well well well its the old JCB topic again well she sure gets on many fans nuts ,she also needs to remember that if it wasn't for the fans most of her clients would be nobodys! Its the fans that have made them what they are? I bet her real name is just Julie Brown and she added the Caitlin. I bet she doesn't behaive like this in the states, they wouldn't tolerate such manners thay would of boffed her by now..... Its time to get another agent...shes passed her sell by date....great picture batman...where on earth did you get that...? :clap:

Yesterday Liz was very happy to pose for photos and the no posed sign was there, she also posed for me whislt off for lunch when I bumped into her...when I get time will post them

can any mods confirm as to wether the photo shoots will be on fridays aswell as we obviously don't go all on saturday or sunday, come on think of everyone and not just the two days of weekend, lets all get a crack at the whip

In this weeks RADIO TIMES .....WEEK COMMENCING 13TH May, on the letters page they have used a picture I took with my video of MIRA FURLAN from LOST, reading the Radio times with LOST on the front cover at Collectamania 9

I have readymany disappointed fans unable to have pics taken or just being told not allowed..come on showmasters sort this out! This is the one item fans have of remembering and showing their friends.I have been to many shows like this and in the states and most celebs are only too willing to have photo's with their real fans...its mainly the press thats the problem. Just state no flash and problems solved..especially when lighting is no problem.Also the use of video cameras now is that you can zoom in well away from the star or from where they are seated , with them not even knowing. I f the organisers carry on treating the fans in this way , the numbers will start to fall year after year. REMEMBER without the fans these events can't happen! How about organising special shoots with a celeb with a poloroid camera for a small fee?they do this at many events in the states and are starting at some uk ones...FANS UNITED!!!!
