  1. Babs age 36 Dragged along totally against my will by three other Dutchies. Honest. They made me do it.
  2. I couldn't agree more with everything you say here! I plan on dousing myself in buckets of concealer, though a potato sack would probably be lighter to pack. Might make for a more interesting photo, as well, this being a Torchwood convention. We could just put on a preeeeetiest boiler suit, call ourselves a Weevil and be done with it. A boiler suit with rhinestones, perhaps? We could say that Janet and a friend were trying to expand their fashion sense. Ooh, pretties, sparkuleys, shhhhhhhhiiiinees. I like you style!
  3. We used a similar system of staggering the entry of attendees into the main hall at Eclipse and it worked fine. It sounds good to me. No endless queuing and 6 rows with you never being more then 12 people from the center of the stage. For me that is fine. Babs

  5. and as to the seats there is around 25 chairs in a row so people with ticket 1 to 25 will be in row 1 and so on 126 to 150 will be in row 6 and the rows will be staggered so it helps wit seeing the stage and with the stage being higher all will be fine for every one including the people at the back so please let stop all this negativity we have thought it through jason Thanks Jason, for the clear explanation about the seating. 6. 50, So 150 in total, as I understand it. Still not massive.
  7. I personally really like the idea of not having to run off during Q&A's for photo-shoots. I always feel a bit rude, running off when someone is on stage. It sounds good to me! I'll be going to bed on time to get my beauty sleep for the photo-shoots... *Packing the concealer to hide the worst damage of the parties.*
  8. Dear Jason, Thank you for your post. I'm not very good with forums, but luckily some friends of mine are and told me about this 100 vs 150 thing. Although it might have been nice to let us know, I'm quite content with the explanation, but I do have one question: Could you give us an estimate of how many rows will be reserved for the Gold Tickets? If one row seats 50 and in the worst case scenario I end up in third row I'd be utterly happy. If one row seats 10 and I end up in row 15 I'd be a little upset because good seating without the hassle of queuing was one of the reasons to splurge on a Gold Ticket. Mostly I'd just like to have an idea in advance, so when there I can just concentrate on having a party! I've had some bad experiences with conventions ( which you have had nothing to do with, mind you) but this does mean you would really set my mind at ease here. I am looking forward to this immensely and can I just say: number of guests...wow. Gr. Babs
