Which I now have Now the company that I have found have all this info along with the emails and will be providing me a full report of names, address, web server etc all the way down to what kind of modem they are using. The best parts are as a registered security proffesional im allowed to get it all and as the company im using is outside the UK they can give it to me Trouble is it takes up to 30 days and when I have it, then I have all the options in the world. Dude you should be able to get NTLWorld to ban his e-mail address. If there is no web interface to do this, then a quick e-mail to them out to get it sorted out. There's nothing you can do about ignorant little pr!cks like him, so don't worry about it too much. Just ban his e-mail address.
