  1. Hi all. Attending for the very first time tomorrow, and I have just ordered a Peter Weller photoshoot (Batch 7) which is scheduled for 16:30-17:00. I have a Peter Capaldi photoshoot (Batch 6) scheduled for 16:05-17:05. Do you think I'll be done with Capaldi in time for me to make the one with Weller? I'm assuming I will be, but I just wanted some advice/thoughts from experienced attendees. Also, it's going to be around 11:30am at the earliest before I get there tomorrow - do you think that will be far too late to have any chance of getting a Peter Weller autograph? I've no idea if he will have a VQ, and/or how quick those tickets go etc. Many thanks.
  2. Thank you for the advice. I actually ended up calling Trainline this morning about it, who confirmed what you say - that I couldn't use it for Euston. So I cancelled my tickets (no charge!) and rebooked the new journey.
  3. Superb, thank you! Thank you for this - I'll have a look where it is!
  4. From what I can see, I'll have to do Milton Keynes > Euston (I hope my ticket allows me to do that!), then on the Underground Euston > Victoria > Earl's Court > High Street Kensington. I assume I'll have to pay for the Underground. Does that all sound right to any Underground users?
  5. Didn't think this was going to affect me, but just realised it will. :-( I'm coming from the Wirral, and with Liverpool Lime Street also being closed (this journey is cursed, I tell you) the route i had booked was Birkenhead > Chester, Chester > Milton Keynes, Milton Keynes > Olympia. As I've only been to London once before, and not on the train, can anyone offer me any advise, please, on how on earth I get there now? Where would be best to head to from Milton Keynes? I'm staring at Underground maps, and nothing is making sense!!
  6. Thank you for the heads up. I've given a check, and it looks like it's not going to impact on my journey. Thanks again, though. :-)
  7. Thank you so much for this. I've pre-ordered an autograph, so I don't need to get one on the day. I was getting paranoid that if, say, I get there late for whatever reason and my batch has already been called, could I still queue with later batches. Is that how it works? I may be tempted for a Peter Weller autograph - Robocop was the film of my teenage years!!
  8. Hi folks, I'm hoping you can help me with a couple of quick questions. This is my very first Comic Con. I am attending on the Saturday, and have my photoshoot with Peter Capaldi booked (Batch 6). I literally am attending just for that (couldn't afford anything else!). My questions are: 1. What time do you think I would be best to arrive at? As I'm not intending to see anyone else, is it really worth me getting there before it opens (am travelling from the Wirral, so it'll take around 4 hours...if the trains are all on time!)? 2. If, for whatever reason, I am late for my photo, can I queue after future batches are called? The info on the ticket seems to say I cannot ("if you miss your slot your photo cannot be taken at a later time", but also that I can ("although you can still join a later queue if your batch has been called"). Many thanks.
