  1. I absolutely loved my day at LFCC on Saturday. I got there early, and everything worked out perfectly for what I needed. The trains were fine, the weather was awful, but the staff let everyone in earlier, which was very much appreciated. My photoshoots with John Barrowman and Christina Ricci were side by side at different booths. Managed to get my photoshoot with John done really quickly, and he was lovely and hilarious. He greeted me with, "Hey, buddy! I don't do handshakes - hugs are better!" I wanted a hug anyway, so that was brilliant! Lovely guy. Immediately afterwards was able to have my photoshoot with Christina, and she was so sweet and pleasant and lovely to meet too. And I was happy with both photos! After that I was able to meet David Naughton, who I have been a fan of since I was a little kid in the 1980s, endlessly rewatching An American Werewolf in London over and over and over on videotape! He was so nice to chat to, and his autograph is beautiful. Thrilled that he wrote "Beware the moon!" on all the pictures I wanted signed. We had a nice chat, and he made a joke about my Coca Cola T-shirt, as he was famously the Doctor Pepper guy in the famous commercials! We had a laugh about that! Was also allowed to take photos with him at his desk. Following that I was able to meet the hilarious and chatty Leslie Easterbrook, who I also watched incessantly on videotape in the 1980s, in Police Academy! She was so friendly and chatty, and took time with every single person wanting to meet her. Her autograph was also stunning, and she wrote "Yes, MAM!" like I wanted her to, and lots of other funny things. She was happy to pose for selfies and photos too. We laughed that selfies make everyone look better! Then a great afternoon of walking around, seeing the cosplayers and the stalls, being there at the right moment when Jason Momoa walked through and we all snapped pics of him! And in the end of the evening, had my professional photoshoot with David Naughton, which was great, and then made my way home on the train!
  2. Hi there, I'm having a lot of trouble with my computer - can someone tell me the times and area locations of the photoshoots on Saturday for Christina Ricci, David Naughton and John Barrowman? And the time and area of Christina Ricci's talk? Would really appreciate the help, thank you.
  3. Is there any way Annette O’Toole could join this reunion? Have been begging for her for years!
  4. How very! Met Lisanne at the Heathers 30th anniversary screening at The Prince Charles Cinema in London a few months ago, she was ever so nice and down to earth. Posed for photos and signed autographs and chatted away to people after the film. Would love to meet her again.
  5. Barbara Hershey has recently started doing autograph conventions in the US, and she is an incredible actress and has some amazing credits - genre titles include The Entity, Insidious, Black Swan and TV's Damien, and of course Beaches has so many fans! Please bring her to London!
  6. I am so happy! I have wanted to meet David Naughton for years! Amazing guest! And if you can get Griffin Dunne, Jenny Agutter and even John Woodwine too for an American Werewolf reunion, that would be incredible!
  7. Photo shoots on Saturday for James Caan and Miranda Richardson - can someone confirm the times and photo booths for both of these two please? Many thanks!
  8. I wondered what others thought, the UK based conventions are generally focused on actors and filmmakers from sci fi and horror genres, which is pretty cool - I am not so much into sci fi, but love it when there's horror guests, but I can't help thinking about some of the US based conventions, which don't always focus so strongly on horror or sci fi, and have all types of actors and filmmakers from all types of different films and TV shows. Often classic TV series such as Little House on the Prairie, Dallas, Dynasty, etc - and films such as Police Academy and Airplane! are big hits. Is there any way some of the UK shows could also focus on these kind of people, rather than always being from certain genres? I know they're popular, but there is a place for the non-genre guests too!
  9. Jaws 2 (1978) has a huge cult following, and just recently celebrated its 40th anniversary. The cast have done a few reunions and convention appearances in the USA, but how amazing would it be to have them here in the UK?! Ann Dusenberry, Keith Gordon, Donna Wilkes, Gigi Vorgan, Martha Swatek, Billy van Zandt, Marc Gilpin, Cindy Grover, etc etc?! All of the teens! The ones in the US did so well - this would be brilliant for British Jaws 2 fans!
  10. I would love Keith Gordon to come to the UK.
  11. I am more into horror than sci fi, so would love guests from the following horror films: An American Werewolf in London - David Naughton, Griffin Dunne, Jenny Agutter and John Woodvine Poltergeist - JoBeth Williams, Craig T. Nelson and Oliver Robins Carrie - Nancy Allen, P.J. Soles, Amy Irving, Betty Buckley, Priscilla Pointer, Edie McClurg, William Katt - and of course Sissy Spacek and John Travolta! Candyman - Tony Todd, Virginia Madsen, Xavier Berkley and Kasi Lemmons Dressed to Kill - Nancy Allen, Angie Dickinson, Keith Gordon, Dennis Franz - and of course Sir Michael Caine! Jaws 2 - Ann Dusenberry, Keith Gordon (again!), Donna Wilkes, Gigi Vorgan, Martha Swatek, Billy Van Zandt, Marc Gilpin, Cindy Grover, etc! All the other teens the first five Nightmare on Elm Street films - all the usual names, but also the ones that we have never or rarely see in the UK, such as Ronee Blakley, Jsu Garcia, Ken Sagoes, Penelope Sudrow, Rodney Eastman, Tuesday Knight, Andras Jones, Danny Hassel, Brooke Theiss, Toy Newkirk, Erika Andersen, Kelly Jo Minter, etc! Hellraiser - Clare Higgins and Sean Chapman (Julia and Frank - come on!!!!)
  12. Absolutely. If you got Mira Sorvino and Lisa Kudrow to London, I'd be over the moon!
  13. Have been a fan of hers for so long, and love her in Superman 3, Cat People, the original It and Smallville to name a few. Don't think she's ever done a UK convention - or a US one, for that matter. Would be brilliant if she was booked for London sometime.
