  1. I agree with you there Raylenth. It's relatively pretty near from the station.
  2. That'll teach you for next time. But you could've got away with going into the restricted areas!!!!
  3. I agree with you there Ravogd. If you've not got crutches, a wheelchair or some sort of disability that they can see, a lot of people tend to think 'What the hell is wrong with you?'. Some disabilities aren't visable neither are pre-existing medical conditions. I had my GP letter and my Yellow Book (just in case the people at the desk wanted to see it, but if a member of the public had challenged me, I would've thrown a wobbly. We shouldn't have to explain ourselves to others.
  4. Same here! I agree with you. Those in Blue T-Shirts need to be made aware what happens with people wearing the 'extra help' wristbands.
  5. I agree. I overheard the tannoy say that we were going in first. Then as I was walking up the stairs, 2-3 people flew past me. I said to my sister (who was my carer) that if there was an incident similar to Manchester, it would be a nightmare to get out and certainly unsafe (as I also saw people sitting on the stairs during the day).
  6. That's a good idea! Seats or benches would be ideal.
  7. Although I don't have a blue badge, and like you mine isn't visible. I got mine for a pre-existing medical condition. I got some funny looks when I was lead to near the front of the queue. They should also have a more nearer/accessible route for people to get into and also where they can also check-in and get their wristbands.
  8. Which day was this on? I went on a Saturday.
  9. I asked him why he didn't come in his Full Monty gear and he said that nobody wanted to pay to see that. I said you just never know ;-) Never got his autograph, but he was wonderful at the photo opp.
  10. She was amazing. I had one of the extra help wristbands and the woman in front of me had a wheelchair and her daughter in the photo. Lana positioned the wheelchair with no help from anyone. To top it all off - she looked AMAZING!
  11. I agree with you. I was one of those that had extra assistance due to a pre existing medical condition, but for people to behave like that is atrocious. I only wish that there were seats available for those people who required extra assistance to sit and have a breather when having a drink.
  12. Hi, I know that this might sound a bit daft, but what perks come with Gold Passes and what comes with Diamond Passes? Do you still need to get VQ's with Gold? I know that you will probably still need to buy Autos. Do you have to queue up in batches with the Gold or can you do to the front like Diamond? Please help.
  13. Passes get called prior to batch numbers. Hope that helps.
  14. With so many great names on these lists, if they managed to get half of those, I'd be bankrupt until the next millennium!!! Just so long as nothing clashed, It'll be worth it. I'd like Terence Stamp to come back as I missed out on the group photo shoot and couldn't get to an ATM in time for the duo :-( Jim Caviezel, Kevin Chapman, Robert Carlyle, Raimi Malik, Gerrard Butler, Aaron Eckhart, Morgan Freeman, Whoopi Goldberg, anyone from Ripper Street, Poldark cast, Tom Burke, cast of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, anyone who was in Charmed, Billy Zane, Bruce Campbell, anyone from Lethal Weapon (TV series), Michael Fassbender.
  15. The only downside about the price of the Group Photo, is that when you work it out individually, that it turns out it's £10 more expensive to do the Group Photo. Weird eh?
