  2. And for those with a package (I'm Gold), what's the best time to arrive on Friday? I read somewhere package tickets where already numbered (or I understood that), and that entry to photoshoots, etc. may be regulated by this number in case there are mayor problems with the queue order... Is that so or will that number depend on the moment we register??? Maybe a mod could answer this...

I'm the person with two different orders (two Gold tickets) in the same account but I just received one email. Does it mean I just need to pay for this validation once? I thought I would get two different emails, since they were different orders made under the same account. On the other hand, when I clicked on the link in my message I didn't have my email pre-entered, I had to log in after selecting 'Order now' (there was no Apply button). Would this be a problem? I also tried to select two eticket validations but in the dropdown menu I could only choose 1. Sorry for all my questions, I just want to do it right and have no problems in April, since I'll be traveling from Spain. They are working on this at the moment.   8. Thanks, Raylenth. Could you please check if the order number of the verification payment is the same as the order of the ticket? It is stated in the emails.
  9. A question to all of you... Did you have to enter your email address to buy the verification or were you already loged in after clicking the link they sent you? After check out, did you receive an email verifying the completion of the transaction? And, is the eticket validation attached to your previous ticket? Do they share the same order number? Or does it appear as a different item in your eventbrite account? What a load of questions!

  11. Sorry to be a pain, too. I received one email but I made two orders with the same eventbrite account and still haven't received the other one. Are all emails already out? I could pay for one of the orders without any problem.
  12. Just to clarify: so you're thinking one solo (with your gold), your friend with gold and you with extra ticket in second shot? Yes, that's possible. If they want a solo picture too though they'll require an extra ticket. Sorry, I don't have more info on the eticket validation than what TooTall has posted. I only know it should be sent within the next couple of days. Thank you!!!! That's it!! Awesome!
  13. You can buy extra tickets and with Platinum you'd get priorities both days. Regarding specific day assignments I have to get back to you. Yes, you can stay in line with them to a certain point but you won't be able to go in the photo room with them, you'd have to wait at the exit. They'll really be out of your sight only for a couple of minutes. Sorry, but the photos coming with the packages can't be transferred. Also just to confirm (you seem to be aware of this as you say you plan to buy two Gold Tickets, so this is for other attendees mainly): each person on the photo will need a photo ticket. And please don't apologize for asking questions, that's what we're here for. It's just so many very specific ones at the moment, it takes a while to compile all answers. Regarding photoshoots, and sorry if it's been asked before, if the person who is attending with me has a Gold ticket and I want to take a group photo with him, as long as I pay for a photo ticket we'll be able to do it, right? I also have a Gold ticket but I want to take my photo and then the other one as a complement. And, by the way, do you know yet when we will receive the email with the instructions to pay for the eticket validation? Thank you for all your help, and for bearing with us!!!
  14. Sometimes the operation is not visible in your account, but maybe you can check the last movements of your credit card. In my case, the transaction is still not validated but there is a provisional charge. I called my bank and they say that when buying online, there usually is a delay of 1-3 days until the transaction is final. If you have the ticket in your eventbrite account there should be no problem, I think, but check with your bank just in case.
  15. Hi there!!! If I got two Gold tickets in two different orders but with the same email address, will I get two links? In any case, I would have to pay 1 validation for each ticket, right? Thanks!!! Edited to add that I had to buy them in different orders because of bank issues, but I used the same eventbrite account.
