    Thanks for the heads up! I've just bought a new DP for Saturday (I can't be there until 4 pm on the Friday) and hopefully the refund for the Sunday DP I had won't be too long in coming (otherwise my banker is gonna have a few choice words for me )

    I can't remember which one, but I went to a con where you had to put your entry ticket number in a comment area when you ordered tickets for photos, autographs and so on. But maybe it'd be a lot of work to check each order.

    I'm coming from France so it's at least £150 of Eurostar and other trains to come. I always book a cheap hotel room nearby first (because those go pretty quickly and I have to stay 3 nights) and then I buy a 3 days entry ticket. There always will be guests I want to meet. Always.

    Wow, and I thought I had a rather busy schedule on Saturday. I look ridiculous with my 5 photoshoots and 1 talk To my defence, I usually don't have this much.

    Hi! I am Batch 3 for the Matt Lucas photoshoot on Sunday. Around which time do you think my batch will be called? 17:20? I'll be trying to get autographs otherwise.

    Hmmm... unless I'm mistaken, the Saturday and the Sunday schedules both are in fact the Saturday schedule. Or is it just me?

    That's how I understood it so I won't be disappointed. At least you don't have to queue up early and rush to try and have a low VQ. That's hell.

    Quick question: just saw that on Saturday there's now a Christopher Lloyd + Delorean photoshoot in the afternoon. I'm Batch 5. Do you think I'll fit in the morning one?

    I have two for Christopher Lloyd and Tom Wilson and yes, you're sure to have your autograph, even if you may have to queue a bit because you weren't there when your number was called.

    That's what I was thinking of doing because I can't afford the DP but on the other hand, I kinda don't want to queue from 6 am for a VQ I guess I'll see on the eve.

    I swear to god it's the last time I ask anything here I have Batch 5 for the Christopher Lloyd + Delorean photo op but I have a Diamond Pass for him. English isn't my 1st language so I'd like to be sure I understood what I've read. Do Diamond Passes get called first (with Gold) regardless of their batches?

    OMG I feel SO stupid guys! They ARE on the very bottom left corner!!! It's just that at DST last year, they were right in the middle with the guest's name. DUH.

    Hi! I was looking at the schedule yesterday and I had my photo ops tickets to see if there was any clash. That's when I noticed I don't have any batch numbers on my tickets. I bought them a couple of months ago (RDA, Morrissey, McCoy, Lloyd + Delorean). Was there already a bug with the store? How do I do? I vaguely remember chosing Batch 1 but there's no proof.

    Thank you all for your very helpful answers. I sent a second email and got a reply less than 30 minutes after. Turns out they didn't get my first email!

    Very possible! Tomorrow is the 5th so I'd just like to be sure they got it but I don't want to be annoying and send another email.
