  1. Just a FYI there will be no emails to announce our guests this week as we plan a further 8 announcements up to this Friday and that would be too many emails even for the biggest fans! As stated in a news story last week, and via this forum and our various other platforms, we are having a 'celebration week' to join in the current London Celebrations, you can read more here http://startreklondon.com/announcement-explosion So next guests will be announced at 1pm tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day.. and... you get the idea :)
  2. Wimpy is the staple for organising something like this... Jill
  3. here here, fun times are being had and will be had (and many more Wimpy's no doubt!!) Jill
  4. Just to clear up the confusion... If you have not recieved the email we are advising people to sign up again as the likely reason is that there is an error with the email address that was submitted - I can check individual cases if you send the email address you signed up with to info@startreklondon.com By signing up via the website you will be given the code on the confirmation page once you have completed the form - to clarify no further emails are due to be sent until the end of next week (this email will also contain the code as a reminder). The code gives you access to the ticket booking page in order to purchase tickets prior to the general sale date of April 30th. Hope this helps!! Jill
  5. I have just spoken to our ticket agent and she has confirmed that it is standard procedure for all overseas bookers tickets to be collect at event, and will not be posted out. Once you have booked your tickets, the confirmation will state this. So to clarify tickets will be posted out only to UK addresses 6 weeks before the event. However, if you have a UK address but also wish to collect at event, rather than receive your tickets in the post simply contact See Tickets on 0844 854 1355 and have your ticket reference number ready to quote. I will add a note to the website, as I was not aware of this so thanks for bringing it to our attention! :) Jill
  6. If you have not received the email despite signing up then you can probably assume there was an error with your email address - I can check this for you if you send the email address you signed up with to us via the contact us form. http://www.startreklondon.com/contact-us However, if you go to the website and sign up again, you will receive the code on confirmation. http://www.startreklondon.com/newsletter-signup The code gives you early access to purchase tickets before they go on general sale on Monday 30th April. Jill
  7. hey there! We certainly want to encourage the fanzone to be a place where fan groups and societies can make themselves known to other fans - at the moment we are still in the planning stages so I can't say for sure the exact format the fanzone will be but if you register via the fanzone page on the website, you will be kept informed on plans. http://www.startreklondon.com/fanzone hope this helps Jill
  8. hello! Apologies to start with, details about carers should have been made available when we went live. As Too Tall has mentioned carers do go free and their ticket will need to be collected on the day. This is an entry only ticket, however we do now have a tick box that if ticked at point of purchase will alert us to the fact you will require assistance in the talks so if this is ticked, we will contact you closer to the event to ensure we can make the best possible arrangements for the talks. If you have already purchased tickets, don't worry, simply drop us a line quoting your booking reference via the contact us form on the website and we'll make sure you are contacted closer to the event.
