  1. I would like to meet her, but I wonder how much the autograph will cost? It could be around £35 or more I'm expecting. If I go to meet her then I might get The X-Files: I Want to Believe poster signed by her, which I already got signed by Chris Carter and Frank Spotnitz in 2008.
  2. Awesome. I'm definitely getting his autograph. I loved the Buffy series during my childhood years and getting the chance to meet one of the cast members is like a dream come true. Thanks for the great news. How much is it for his autograph?
  3. I hope the guest line up will be a lot more tempting than the line up so far for London Film and Comic Con, which doesn't seem to be as appealing compared to last year.
  4. I recently wondered if any of these guests would be likely to attend: - Kevin Smith (Director: Clerks, Mallrats, Dogma, Clerks 2, Red State) - Linda Hamilton (Terminator 1 and 2) - Paul Verhoeven (Director: Total Recall, Starship Troopers, Robocop) - Milla Jovovich (The Fifth Element) - Luc Besson (Director: Nikita, Leon, The Fifth Element) - Julliette Lewis (Natural Born Killers) - Danny Elfman (Music: Mars Attacks, Ed Wood and most Tim Burton films)
  5. I wonder if Sara Lee Lucas (former Marilyn Manson drummer) will be able to attend the event? I told him about the dates for the London Film and Comic Con, since he asked me on Facebook when the event will be happening. Fingers crossed he will be there.
  6. Not a bad guest announcement. I might get my Planet Terror dvd cover signed by both of them since I don't have a lot of space left in my room to fill with more autographs. Although, I take it that I'll need to pay £30 if I meet both of them since I read that it costs £15 for each of their autographs. I suppose that is not a bad price. It would be a bonus to get Rose McGowan added to the guest list but I can't imagine that happening.
  7. I wonder when the first guest will be announced? Although, I assume that it won't be till after christmas since the event isn't till next summer which is ages away.
  8. - Patricia Arquette - Robert Blake - Bill Pullman
  9. I would get him to sign my Lost Highway dvd cover.
  10. I know that the list of guests I asked for last time were a bit much but if you can get any of the following, it would be a dream come true. - Rose McGowan (Scream, Planet Terror) - Ernie Hudson (The Crow, Ghostbusters) - Kevin Smith (Director: Clerks, Mallrats, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob strike back, Clerks 2, Red State)
  11. I had a great time at the convention and I felt that it was definitely better organised than London Film and Comic Con, where I noticed today that the guests with no photos were labelled clearly on the wall. I met Edward Furlong who I thought was nice in person and he posed for a photograph with me, which was a bonus. The John Hurt Q and A was also pretty interesting as well. It was hilarious when John took the pink teddy bear and made great jokes, e.g. is he going to ask a question. lol. Awesome day.
  12. I went to John Hurt's Q and A. I was the guy who asked him about his experience working with Ridley Scott and filming the scene where the Alien bursts out of his chest.
  13. When I first read the title of this thread: "London Underground Closures," I was nervous as I thought it would be an issue travelling to Earl's Court that weekend. I was relieved to find out that the Piccadilly Line is only closed between South Harrow and Uxbridge. Apologies for those who were intending to travel from there. I will be taking the Piccadilly Line from Hammersmith to Earl's Court.
  14. I was actually trying to figure out whether the event would be held at Earl's Court 1 or Earl's Court 2? Thanks for letting us know.
  15. For me it's going to be very practical to get to Olympia because I live near the area and it only takes me about 20-30 minutes walk to get to the venue.
  16. - Rose McGowan (Scream, Planet Terror) - Dario Argento (Director: Suspiria, Inferno, Phenomena, Deep Red) - George A Romero (Director: Night of the living dead (original), Dawn of the dead (original), Day of the dead (original)) - Tim Burton (Director: Ed Wood, Sleepy Hollow, Mars Attacks) - Ernie Hudson (Ghostbusters, The Crow) - Ken Foree (Dawn of the Dead (original)) I know that a lot of the guests I mentioned are unlikely to attend but if you could at least get one of them to attend, I will be truly satisfied.
  17. Alright, I apologize for complaining about the guest suggestions before. Although, I acknowledge that it would be impossible to get an incredibly famous person like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Johnny Depp to attend an event like this but I was slightly annoyed that some of the guests I asked for haven't been added to the guest line up. I accept the fact that it can be really difficult for the crew to manage the costs for the guests' travel, availability, filming commitments, etc. but since we are all fans on here, it would be great if at some point in the future we get most of our favorite stars to attend a UK convention. It would still be awesome if we get decent guests even if they're not hugely famous, which is not something essential. I hope there are no hard feelings.
  18. I don't see the point in giving guest suggestions because even after the ones I mentioned and what others suggested, we don't get most of the guests we ask for. Besides, it's the Showmasters crew in the end who decides on the guest line up and who will be attending.
  19. I wonder if they will announce anymore interesting guests? Something tells me Ernie Hudson might be there because he is attending a horror convention in the U.S. I think very soon and hopefully there are chances for him to attend a UK event. At the moment, I'm planning to meet Edward Furlong and I'm pleased that the price is £15, very reasonable.
  20. I could imagine haha. I would love to meet Arnold Schwarzenegger. Although, I can't see him attending a convention but even if he attended, I would never be able to afford his autograph.
  21. I guess he did. Although, I thought it was Skeet Ulrich and Matthew Lillard throughout the film.
  22. I think I read online that Michael Ironside attended London Film and Comic Con in 2009, but it would be quite good to see Casper Van Dien.
  23. That would be heaven but I hope they don't bring all the cast off Paura Productions because I would end up seriously poor. Although, I would love to meet Catriona MacColl, Carl Gabriel Yorke and David Hess.
  24. Michael Keaton would be amazing, I loved Batman Returns as a child. Third the suggestion for Michael Keaton, most probably my favourite Batman to date but also Beetlejuice and Ken doll! Please get him to EMS! Also second callings for; Richard Dreyfuss, love Jaws and his short appearance in Piranha. Tim Curry and Richard O'Brien would be fantastic also. Michael Keaton would be great, but I don't know if he's too popular to attend a convention.
