Becks Posted April 29, 2012 Share Posted April 29, 2012 Hi everyone, We're looking at booking up our hotel for HW4 and just had a few questions about the special con rates Does anyone know the Ts and Cs of booking using the special rate? IE if you booked and then couldn't make it to the con for whatever reason would you be expected to pay some/all of the balance or a cancellation fee? Also do the special rates include taxes?? Thanks for any help Becky I think at this hotel the special rate is cancellable, not sure on any cancellation fees. They do include taxes, though.
