the tv version was closer to the book which i liked .. i wudda liked the style of the tv version and the story, with Jack as the actor .. didnt really like Shelly compared to whoever was in the TV one but Kubrick was great.

i wish they were putting the shining on, ive always wanted to c that

and the exorcist, i saw that about a year ago and seriously i dont get how thats freaky - apparently it was like totally shocking and stuff, and even for its time i dont get it. people say its really scary and to be honest it kind of bored me......i was more scared by TCM...........

ah im recording the omen, i watched some but im really tired n gannin ta bed soon......bin watchin 100 scariest moments too, thats ok - itll b better tomorrow tho wen its the final 50

aaaaaand am lookin forward to seein final destination - rented it with a friend couple o years back but only saw half cos she made me turn it off  :D

i watched the first half of american werewolf in london and i have to say i thought it was PANTSICLES.........and silence of the lambs, ptch its not scary but its a damn good film - anthony hopkins it brillimerant

ok thats my random ramblings over

oh ps. for pure mintness everyone must watch the bride of chucky!!!! its my favourite film ever its so so funny (its supposed  to be i think too)

I have just watched the 1st half of 100 scariest moments. Some really old stuff there and also odd.. such as adverts.   :headscratch:
I look forward to watching the last half.

you know the 100 cariest moments thing...i think LOTR should be in there something and that they should say that the fans are even more scry coz we r!!!

yeah i thought there were some really odd things in it...like The Prodgiy "FireStarter" video.....erm? thats not scary!

they are showing Ring on like thursday and then a couple of nights later there showing the sequel ring 2

the original ring is less scary! cos its in japanese u've goota read it and the reading ruins the effect!
i missed a line and so had to rewind totally ruining the scaryness!
