goldmister Posted October 30, 2023 Share Posted October 30, 2023 Hi all. Wondered if you knew how to edit ticket info? Ive stupidly put my friends name on both tickets. I doubt it will make a huge difference as there are two tickets but just curious. Also if Im paid early I may want to upgrade from a weekend ticket to a gold pass. Do I have to contact the organisers, or is there a simple upgrade option online ( I cant see one but could be just thick) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ollsswoggle Posted October 30, 2023 Share Posted October 30, 2023 I wouldn't worry about the names on the tickets, from personal experience I've never had the names checked on my tickets when I've been the past 7 or so years. Also with regards to the upgrade to the gold pass, usually you'd have to email them to notify them that's what you want to do and they'd usually ask you to purchase the gold pass them they'll send you a refund of the difference after you've supplied them with both ticket numbers, hope that helps :) 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
