Aldrin Posted August 18, 2010 Share Posted August 18, 2010 Hey showmasters, how about Dr Don Walsh, part of the 2 man crew who've made the deepest (35,000 feet) manned underwater descent, to the Mariana's Trench, in 1960? Us space buffs love the astro's you bring to the shows, but how about this guy, equally as brave, considering when they got down there (they only stayed about 20 minutes) the outside pressure was 8 tons per square inch!! Can you imagine how claustraphobic it must have been, taking 5 hours to get down there, especially when one of their windows cracked! Would love to meet this exceptional guy.
