Torrie has had back problems for sometime, and that is why Michelle McCool was repackaged as the All American Babyface to replace Torrie Wilson whilst potential surgery happened. Given time I can see TW coming back in some role, but not in a physical role. It is also around that time of year - post WrestleMania - when the WWE makes cutbacks all over.
