Showmasters Admin showmasters Posted December 18, 2007 Showmasters Admin Share Posted December 18, 2007 We are pleased to announce that Warrant Officer Sid Cleaver will be joining us for Autographica. Warrant Officer Cleaver flew Spitfires against the Japanese from bases in India and Burma (The 'Forgotten' Air Force). Flying with 607 Squadron, he saw action against Japanese fighters and bombers, and survived a crash landing in a Dakota. Warrant Officer Cleaver has many stories to tell, and after the war continued to serve in the RAF, flying Hawker Tempests and Gloster Meteors.
