Ticket problem

Hi,

 

I ordered a Standard pass for Lockdown in April on October 12th and did not recieve an confirmation email.

 

I have the confirmation page that you get once the order has been placed and was wondering that if there was a problem and the ticket doesn't get to me before the event this would be proof of my order. If not would it be possible to get sent a confirmation email.

The confirmation e-mails are automatically sent by the website so I don't think they can be re-sent.

 

The best thing to do is e-mail info@collectormania.com with your details. Name, date booked, any confirmation number you got and ask about your booking.

 

Jola will be able to tell you if the order got through or not.
