Which door do we go through to get access to the centre? I usually end up getting grief from the security guards for going through the wrong door

 

It's all in the crew handbook (which you should have read) that was sent to you with your confirmation email :-

 

Access to the venue is normally via door 13 at The Centre although this sometimes varies so please allow sufficient time to gain access to the venue.
