As Kennedy was one of the names on SIgnatre Pharmacies client list, it is indeed possible that the onscreen suspension for pretending to be Vince's son may be mirroring a real life suspension. However, another backup was that Kennedy forged the paternity results to get Vince's money. By involving HHH in the storyline, gives an off shoot story of Vince going after HHH.
