  1. Yes i agree i mean how long can it take to negotiate a price for an auto? A lot of us depend on the price list being updated on a regular basis to budget for the WHOLE weekend not just for the autos. When i am prepared to spend about £400 plus on autos and i am sure i am not the only one who does at these shows, its nice see how much you need to save up for etc. As for Mary Ellen Trainor i cant see her coming as her price still has not been put up. Past experience has shown that anyone who still has not had their days put up means ultimately they are a no show. As for Ms Anderson being £30 this time and she was £45 last time says a lot doesnt it? And the same goes for Mr Lawson who if you dont get him this time thats it game over, right thats why he is coming again to a show. I tell you boys and girls if this carries on this could be end as the prices of autos is going up and the wages are not matching it. Being a family man i am surprised i have managed to go to as many shows as i have done in the last three years or so. Its not that i dont want to come anymore but lets be realistic about the pricing guys ok?

As i have said before keep it as cheap as possible thus MORE people will come and see the guests rather than the diehard super rich fans who would pay anything for guest A OR B. Once organisers know that people will pay anything for guest A or B then it starts getting ridiculous, and it shouldnt go down that road at all as i really fail to see how one guest can be one price one year and a cheaper price the next. If thats the case i wont bother with Jenna L Coleman as she will be a cheaper price next year or next time... Oh wait i forgot this will be her only planned appearance wont it? lol. So we wont have a repeat of Karen Gillan then?

  2. I dont suppose there is any chance of getting Cathy Munroe and Chris Parsons to attend? It has been a while since Chris appeared at a show and im sure that Cathy would be very popular with the fans as well. And if per chance the guy who operated IG-88 would be very welcome as a lot of fans would love to get him /her as well to add to their collections. Any thoughts on this?

  3. Last year i went to the Dons Stadium for the first time and has i had a lot of stuff to carry and get signed etc i found it very awkward in literally managing to handle everything and make sure i had the right item with me to get signed plus trying not to get it all crushed by the amount of people in the q, Tom Bakers q springs to mind. Anyway my question is this. Is it all possible to hire a crew member for the day or days just to help out, in effect having another pair of arms would be a great help. I dont expect to jump the q or anything like that as i wouldnt do that anyway just because i would have a crew member with me, its just to help me out and anyone else who is attending on their own to carry items that are more valuable once signed.

I am sorry if this seems like a daft question and it may be completely blitzed out of the water but hey if you dont ask you dont get.

Not only that but i just thought it raise a bit more revenue for the organisers as well.

  4. Personally i would have had Billie with the Ninth Doctor instead of the Tenth. We will have to go through the Bad Wolf Bay scenes again :spew: ill miss you i love you etc etc been there done that lets have some new material is that too much to ask? Having said that it is nice that some old Drs and companions are coming back but lets have some really retro guests like William Russell and Fraser Hines and Katy Manning et al. Lets remember the series is 50 years old and not just seven years old :whistling:

  5. yes i have heard of it and i remember the trailers for it it was supposed to be a replacement for Dr Who when it was cancelled in 1985. But the eternal wisdom of the BBC made sure that to save money they stopped making Dr Who start a new series of something else then stop halfway. Yes safe to say the BBC found a way of capping their spending. So they then decided to make other worthwhile programmes instead like EastEnders........

  6. Hi all just been looking on the net to see if the actor who played the Sontaron Stor in the invasion of time is still alive? i cant see anything to suggest he is dead but i want this clarified as if he is still alive then maybe you guys can get him to a show as i have a few items he can sign. As well as Dr Who he has been in Harry Potter and Time Bandits so come on guys plenty of scope there.

  7. I for one would kill for the likes of Sutekh Styggron Robot K-1/CyberController A Krynoid A Zygon any one who was a Cyberman from the Tenth Planet Nicola Bryant Nabil Shaban Kenton Moore Lalla Ward land probably a TARDIS full of CLASSIC guests before its too late i mean any new Who people are fine but there is more chance of getting them at a later date whereas classic who guests is another matter, last year we sadly lost a few people and recently we lost Bernard Horsfall so come on guys get the classic guests in NOW.
