When you say "the one that goes with my ticket" what do you mean, which ticket do you have? If you have a Standard Programme entry you have no photo shoots included. If you have a Silver Programme entry then you get one photoshoot with EACH guest, so that is 5 photo shoots you will be getting over the two days. If you have a Gold Programme entry then you get the above 5 PLUS the gold pass group photo shoot, which is a photo of you with the guests in attendance. It's just that I noticed you saying you have the "one that goes with the ticket" and you bought 3 others, so if you have a silver, this would be eight photos altogether and not 4. At the end of the day as QS said there is a schedule that states when people come in for the shoots, but if you chat to the crew/TT then they may be able to help out SJ xox I have a gold ticket. I bought three extra photo ops for James so making four in all with him..but I have decided to have all four in costume at the same time as all of the others that I've had taken with him over the years have been in ordinary clothes....

Depends on whether his back is ok or not....He doesn't do lifting as a rule..

Yeah, that's how I read it too. On the very first page of this thread, it says that he'll be taking part in lots of activities over the weekend so I imagine some of them are talks and I think I can actually remember reading that he will be doing talks but I can't remember where that was. I hope that helps Mrs Tigger, I can't wait to meet James and am really looking forward to this event. He's fantastic as Captain John Hart and personally, I hope he returns to Torchwood sometime. May I ask..As James is a sponsored guest will he be doing a talk? It's just I've not been to an event where James has been a sponsored guest before..I apologise if this has already been discussed..I understand that photo ops and auto ops will be available for James at the event.

Reg desk will be open until around 8pm. The gold drinks party usually starts at 7:30pm. If you miss reg on Friday. You can just bring your reg letter to enter the party on Friday and then register on Saturday morning. The reg desk will be open from around 8am. Thanks Too Tall

Hi I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this..I heard yesterday that I've been shortlisted for an important job interview on the 30th..I don't know what time as yet but I'm hoping for the morning but if it's not,can I ask what time registration ends on the Friday?What happens if I'm not in time for it? I have a gold ticket which means the drinks reception..Would I be in time for that? and can I get in if I'm running late as I have to get to London by train and then to Heathrow... Sorry to ramble on

James always has a mega line/ queue...add Smallville, Torchwood, Without A Trace, Dragon Ball..he's been very busy...

This is great..don't forget to watch Torchwood on Wednesday night at 9pm...James as Captain John will be unforgetable.... Any idea which days he will be appearing or is it too soon?

Please can anyone tell me what time James will start signing auto's Saturday / Sunday and Monday ?

But people will be sitting way at the back and they won't be able SEE OR HEAR ANYTHING... Ok the theatre is fully booked but you don't book James on a whim or a few months in advance..these things are organised way, way in advance and if you HAD listened to YOUR customers last time you would have at least thought about it and made a provisional booking... How can you say you are tring to improve on the last talk? You are only doing it in batches because at the last talk..Alexis Dennisof and ASH did their talk first and instead of taking everyone out from that talk you let them stay.. and moved them all down to the front...So all those who had been queuing for hours to see James ended up sitting from the middle backwards...Do you regard that as good management? No one is asking you to explain every single thing...JUST LISTEN to you customers..We are TELLING YOU what WE THINK...WE are PAYING CUSTOMERS and how dare you call us SELFISH FANS .. If that is you attitude towards us then you really need to evaluate yourselves because if you want to survive and evolve then maybe you should seriously start thinking about IMPROVING YOUR CUSTOMER SKILLS !!

May just take you up on that one....
