cant any1 tell me if there is going be a cosplay compertion at the *****? i entered last year as motoko from ghost in the shell but it was the first time that they had done it and it was a little un-organized. if there is any rulez or protocall for this if there is a compertion can they let me know what they are as i want to enter.
