  1. I assume the situation is similar to that of Norman Reedus. His convention handler said it's awkward because all of the weekends of con's he was offered by showmasters are during shooting. Although he gets weekends off, he'd have to fly over friday night, spend saturday/sunday signing, and leave on sunday night which Is likely to not be an option. However I suppose signing just on one day could be an option. But we'll just have to wait and see :/

Other than that, I agree with your selections lol!

  2. Thats why there should be a talk and those special photoshoots I mentioned especially the Jabba the Hutt Photo Shoot if its the 30th of Return of the Jedi. If you havent seen those posts look in guest suggestions and support the request you never know we may get someting cool like that.

I support it 100%! It's not often you get guests for a 30th anniversary event! So i agree, special measures are in order :P

  3. Showmasters,

I believe that, in the event that Peter is currently being negotiated for another SM event, his name should be taken off of the website, as it could mislead people into thinking he's still attending. It's been confirmed on here that he has been double booked, and therefore I believe it's false advertising if he's still being advertised as attending.

Sorry to be a party pooper, but it's only fair :/

  4. That's fully understandable Jason, and you deserve gratitude for getting him. So good one for that! But I think I represent those who aren't fans of GOT when I say the way it was described gave us the impression of someone that is a household name, someone that regardless of if you're a fan of their work, you'd know their name.

And as for the first time signing malarky, I assume people thought that it would be someone that has not signed autographs at a convention at all.

  5. why complain? if you dont like the guest why complain, does it benefit anyone? i would like to say well done for the good work in getting him

And celebrating doesn't benefit anyone does it? We've got nothing against the guy, and nothing against showmasters, but if people can happily express their excitement, then surely those of us who aren't as excited can express how we feel?
